Job Description – Pro AV Business Development

Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for Pro AV Division. Build relationships and understand customer needs in order to provide appropriate products or solutions. Find and develop Pro AV sales opportunities. Build credibility with customers by utilizing your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers.
 
Full-time Job Activities:
 

  • Grow Commercial Pro AV business in the region and through assigned target accounts.
  • Own the relationship with the client. Drive the entire sales cycle, manage client questions/ escalations, and pursue opportunities to expand the business.
  • Partner with in-house resources and vendors to create project scope of work to summarize in clear terms the system functionality specific to client/end user needs for each project.
  • Ability to secure new business with prospects and existing clients.
  • Cold Calling in order to identify and develop new business generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
  • Identify and develop new business through networking.
  • Ability to overcome objectives.
  • Responsible for maintaining and building relationships with customers.
  • Become proficient with Atlona AV products.
  • Meet or exceed individual quota on a quarterly basis.

You Must Have:

  • Minimum 3 years of Sales/Account Management Experience
  • Positive and effective interaction with customers
  • Understanding of key brands and solutions
